  • The New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF) is a system for acknowledging the level and quality of qualifications offered by institutions & gives an assurance of quality that is recognised and trusted worldwide.

All qualifications listed in NZQF The New Zealand Qualifications Framework has 10 levels:

  • Levels 1-4 covers the main qualification in secondary schools, and basic vocational training.
  • Levels 5-6 covers sub-degree vocational certificates and diplomas.
  • Levels 7-10 cover degrees, graduate and postgraduate qualifications.
  • Qualifications levels are also relevant for post study work visa or international students in New Zealand.

Entry requirements

  • Academic Score
  • Undergraduate Degree- 65-75% in year 12
  • PG Diploma-55-60% in Bachelor’s degree
  • 6.5 with or equivalent of PTE with no band less than 6 for Masters Degree
  • Masters- 60-70% in Bachelor’s degree
  • English Language Requriement
  • 6 Bands or equivalent of PTE for Undergraduate
  • Courses like Medicine, Nursing, Teaching has higher requirement-7/7.5 bands with no band less than 7
